This starter kit contains everything you need to make your own blue cheese - blue brie, bue camembert, stilton - once you have your roqueforti, the choice becomes enticing

Kit comprises one each of:

• Flora Danica dvs culture which is not only your base culture for your blue cheese but also is suitable for many other cheese types
• penicillin roqueforti
• naturen calf liquid rennet (double strength)
• blue vein camembert/brie hoop
• cheese wrap

The cheese culture will cover between 250 - 500 litres milk used carefully and will many other general cheese types.  Sometimes Calcium Chloride is necessary to "firm up" your curd but this is an optional choice and may be purchased separately in powder form
