• MO 030 culture which not only makes your cheddar but many other cheese types
• Rennet stick x 2 - freeze dried dvs rennet sticks (Albamax). Each sachet covers app 75 litres milk
• Ricotta baskets (2)
• Hard cheese mold 1kg - general use basket
• Cheese wax
• Cheddar and Whole Milk Ricotta recipes & general tips

The culture covers 100 litres milk and can be used to make many other general cheese types. Culture and rennet have a long shelf life
