- R704 dvs culture which not only makes your feta but also many other cheese types
- naturen calf liquid rennet (double strength)

- ricotta basket H/8cm/B/10.4cm/T11.5cm

Your cheese culture will cover 250 - 500 litres milk and will make many other general cheese types
