- MO 030 dvs culture which not only makes your feta but also many other cheese types
- rennet stick x 2 - freeze dried dvs rennet stick (Albamax). Each sachet covers 75 litres milk
- Square feta mold H/B/T 11cm

Your culture will cover 100 litres milk and will make many other general cheese styles. Culture and rennet have a long shelf
