The Roquefortaise and the Roquefort bow can easily cut Roquefort and other soft cheeses. The cheese does not stick because only the wire cuts. Cut straight as an arrow by simply pushing down the cutting wire.

The Roquefortaise has been specially developed in Holland and cuts soft cheese with ease.  Ideal for delicatessens and cheese shops.  Food grade plastic.  Spare wires are always held in stock.
